The new building of the former beach hotel - now known as “First” - was built in a prime location directly above the main beach with the pier in Sellin on Rügen.
The shape and form are based on the historical original. The tower forms a focal point and thus underlines the prominent location.
The detailed facade in the style of spa architecture structures the building and gives it an unmistakable elegance. The fantastic view over the Baltic Sea to the chalk cliffs is guaranteed by generous window openings, balconies and loggias.
In “First” there is a restaurant, retail units and holiday apartments of various sizes with upscale interior design. There is a spacious terrace and a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool and saunas on the roof. Here too, the focus is on the spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and chalk cliffs.
